Troubleshooting

I do not hear any voice prompts
  In the map view, tap 'menu', then tap Vol+.  If you hear a voice, your voice prompts are enabled.
  In the map view, tap 'menu', then tap Vol+.  If you do not hear a voice, please be sure the volume on your PDA is on and re-install the voice files.

I get an error message, "No maps found, please install"
   Please be sure your memory card is in your Palm.
   If you have loaded the maps directly to the card through a card reader, please be sure there are no folders within the 'digi-map' folder.  You should only see the .dgm files in the 'digi-map' folder.

The map is not showing my general location.
  Please be sure you are connected to the Bluetooth GPS and you have a valid GPS fix. When the Bluetooth GPS has a valid fix, the green LED will be flashing.
  If the green LED is flashing and you do not see your current location on the map, please look to the right of the 'menu' button.  If the box is blue, please tap on it and re-connect with your GPS.

When trying to install the maps, I get an error message, "Package 270: Type Mismatch"

When I click "Install Map Data" I get an error message that the page is not found.
 To load via HotSync, copy the following into Internet Explorer file:///D:/html/mapdata.html?v=1
 To load via SD card reader, copy the following into Internet Explorer file:///D:/html/mapdata.html?v=2

How can I manually install to my SD card?
