Transplant GPS, Inc. Return Policy

  Transplant GPS offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on our products. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact our Support Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. There are no returns on software.
  A 10% transaction fee is deducted from all satisfaction guarantee returns to cover our transaction costs. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and unopened accessories.
  The item must be received by Transplant GPS within the 14 day period. We reserve the right to reject all returns that are not in "as-new" condition.
  There are no returns on software, or packages bundled with software.

Shipping & Order Processing

All orders are shipped via Federal Express at the service level selected. Orders received by 1:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same business day on in-stock products.
  Orders received after 1:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next business day on in-stock products.
  Risk and liability for loss transfers to customer once Fed-Ex takes possession of the order. All packages are insured automatically for $100. If additional insurance is desired, please state amount in the 'Special Instructions' section of the check-out pages. Insurance applied at a rate of $0.40 per $100.
  If multiple products are ordered, and one is out-of-stock, we will ship the in-stock items, additional shipping charges will apply. At your option, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock. You must specify this in the special instructions section during check-out.
  Any duties or taxes levied on International orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  Shipments leaving the continental United States will be charged for international shipping.
